The leaders of the Deed Writers' Association have given a memorandum demanding the removal of Ripon Chandra Mandal, Gangachara Sub-Registrar of Rangpur. Today (04 November) they gave a memorandum to the representative of the Gangachara Upazila Nirbahi Officer along with the legal adviser.

Besides, they are observing pen break since October 28. Meanwhile, the service seekers have suffered due to the closure of the land registry. On the other hand, the government is losing millions of rupees in revenue, according to related sources.

The leaders of the Deed Writers Association have announced that the pen break will continue until he is removed. If the seller or buyer of the land fulfills this demand, he registers the deed. Thus land deeds have decreased due to bribery through corruption.

People are harassed by it. If the document writers protested, they were threatened with license cancellation. After submitting the memorandum, the President of the Document Writers' Association, Chand Sarkar, said that sub-register Ripon Chandra Mondal, a friend of fascism who introduced himself as a member of the Awami family, was a corrupt bribe-taking sub-register. If you bribe him, it becomes a document and if you don't, it is not a document. If the document writers protested, they were threatened with license cancellation.

Basically he made this mistake for the bribe trade. We will not execute any further documents until the sub register is removed. He quickly sought the intervention of the authorities concerned to remove this sub-register on behalf of the document writers of Gangachara Upazila.
